K-Embroidery allows customers to order samples before buying wholesale in bulk. We understand finish samples are an important piece of finalizing finish choices. We also aim to make sample ordering as simple and efficient as possible.

How does it work?

Sample products are only made after you have completed payment. We will show you sample product photos once it is completed. If you want to change anything on the sample, we will fix it once again. If you agree on the sample, we will ship it to you or start to produce in bulk depending on your selection.

MOQ for sample order?

Our MOQ for sample order is 1 piece/design (applies to all products including smocked children clothing & hand embroidered napkins,…).

Sample Pricing

  • Simple smocked dress/outfit: $25/ pcs
  • Complicated smocked dress/outfit: $39/ pcs
  • Hand embroidery napkins: $29/pcs

* Note: For wholesale orders (>30 piecies) after sampling, this cost will be deducted from the invoice.

Production time

  • Sample order of 1-10 pieces: About 2 weeks
  • Sample order of 11-20 pieces: About 2-3 weeks
  • Sample order of 21-30 pieces: About 3-4 weeks

Production time may be ranging from 3-5 days longer if the design is complex. Production time will be counted after you confirm all information in your order and make payment.

Standard Shipping

All sample orders will ship via standard ground delivery with UPS, DHL or FedEx. Transit times vary, depending on where it is shipping to. Ask your sales supporter to know about shipping costs.
