• Minimum quantity for Ready to Ship products is 15 pieces, for Order to Made products is 50-100 pieces, with 20 pieces per design, 5 pieces per size
• Give us information about: the style, the size, the type of fabric, the embroidered  pattern
• We will give you the quotation and draft contract based on your inquiry

We will sign the contract with you and we will start to prepare your order. Here is the Process of making the products

If you choose our available designs without any customization, the unit price is 15-25 USD/pcs.

If you have your own design and want us to make 1 sample dress first, here is the price for 1 sample dress:

• Sample dress that are similar to one of our available designs with little changes in colors, patterns, fabric, etc: 69 USD/dress
• Sample dress that are totally different to our available designs: 99 USD/dress

The sample dress cost includes design fee. In next order, if you order the dress in big quantity, the unit price per dress will be much better (20-30 USD/dress)

Our discount policy:

• 200-299 pieces: Discount by 2%
• 300-499 pieces: Discount by 3%
• 500-999 pieces: Discount by 4%
• >1000 pieces: Discount by 5%

• For orders of 200 – 500 pieces: about 30 ~ 35 working days.
• For orders of 1000 – 2000 pieces: about 35 ~ 40 working days.
• For orders of 2,000 – 3,000 pieces: about 40 ~ 45 working days.
• For the order of 3,000 – 5,000 pieces: about 45 ~ 50 working days.
• For the order of 5,000 pieces to 10,000 pieces: about 50 ~ 55 working days.
• For larger orders: confirm later.

• Shipping by UPS, FedEx: Within 5-7 days
• Shipping by Air: Within 5-7 days
• Shipping by Sea: Transit time varies based on the destination port

Smocked and hand-embroidered dresses are special for several reasons:

• Craftsmanship: Smocked and hand-embroidered dresses require a high level of skill and craftsmanship. Each stitch is carefully handcrafted, often by skilled artisans who have honed their techniques over years of practice. 
• Unique Designs: Smocked and hand-embroidered dresses often feature intricate and elaborate designs that are not commonly found in mass-produced garments. Each dress is essentially a work of art, with the design carefully planned and executed by the artisan.
• Time and Effort: Creating a smocked or hand-embroidered dress is a time-consuming process. It involves meticulously gathering and pleating the fabric for smocking or transferring a design onto the fabric for hand embroidery.

• If you have your own design or you want to customize the design: 30 pieces per design. In 30 pieces, you can choose different sizes.  
• If you want our available design without any customization: 15 pieces/order. In 15 pieces, customers can choose different available designs and different sizes. For some designs that are only available in a few sizes, if customers want to buy more sizes, they still have to order a minimum quantity of 30 pieces/order.

Production time may be ranging from 3-5 days longer if samples are geometric dresses. Production time will be counted after you confirm all information in your order and done payment.

Yes, you have to confirm receiving order shipments by email within 10 days from the date of delivery shipment. After 10 days without any confirmation email or notice, we will assume that the shipments have already been delivered to you fully. We are no more responsible for the shipments.

Yes, you can use your design. The minimum quantity for your design is 50 pcs per design:

• If you already have the images of your designs, please send them to us, and we will make them for you.
• If you only have got ideas for your custom designs without images, our designers will help you 

• Blank clothing: over 1,800,000 pieces or sets/ year.
• Applique clothes: over 1,200,000 pieces or sets/ year.
• Hand-smocked clothes: over 1,000,000 pieces or sets/year
• Handmade smocked accessories: about 200,000 pieces or sets/year

Yes. The fee will be calculated per order. 

Depending on each order, we will suggest how to ship products. For example:

• An order of 50-200 kg should be shipped by UPS/Fedex.
• An order of more than 200 kg should be shipped by sea. For further information, please don’t hesitate to contact us throughout the process of placing an order.

Our products are packed in 3 steps:

• Step 1: After being ironed, each item will be folded and put individually into a plastic bag.
• Step 2: We put all into a five-layer carton box size 50 x 50 x 50 cm. This kind of carton-sized box can contain about 150 normal dresses or sets (depending on the size of each product)
• Step 3: After putting all the items into the box, we cover it with plastic and put the stamp of the sender and receiver’s addresses on.
