K-Embroidery always strives to provide the highest quality smocked & hand-embroidered products. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

However, in case something isn’t right, we are happy to accept a return or refund. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returning defective items. Please read carefully to avoid confusion.

When the orders are delivered to your address, please kindly check all of the items as soon as possible. Any product with a quality defect can be returned within 14 days of receiving your original order. You need to contact us for proof of purchase. Please send an email to us with clear pictures to show us the issue. If we do not get any feedback about the defective items within 14 days, all items are presumed to be perfect.

For all defective items, we will apply 1 of 2 solutions as follows:

1. Discount:

  • For all minor defects, we will offer a discount but will be less than 20%.
  • For all major defects, we offer two solutions, either replacing or refunding.

2.1. Replace:

  • After receiving the returned products, we will double-check, re-make the products, and ship them back to you as quickly as possible.
  • Replacements will be shipped to you at no cost to products and shipping costs.

2.2. Refund: 

  • Once we receive the item, we will process your credit immediately. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take a few days to reflect on your account.
  • Please kindly note that you will receive your refund in the original form of payment. The original shipping charges are non-refundable
