The fastest way to order is to Contact us via WhatsApp or Email and send your inquiry. You can also provide your information through the website, our people will respond to you as soon as possible. Detailed instructions below:

A. If you want to order available designs on the website

1. Pick your style you want to order wholesale.

2. On the product page, you will see the options: Inquire now, Add to inquiry basket or Order sample. Please read the product information and k-embroidery policies carefully before taking the next steps.

  • Inquire now: You will be directed to Our official WhatsApp (+84) 85 555 5961
  • Add to inquiry basket: Add your design to the inquiry basket (you can choose multiple designs). 
  • Order sample: If you want to order sample for this design, select Size, Quantity then click Add to Inquiry Basket on the Order sample frame.

3. Check the Inquiry Basket. 

Fill out all information in the form then Submit. Your information will be sent to email info@k-embroidery.com. We will contact you as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp. Please check your mailbox regularly so you don’t miss any messages from us.

4. Follow the instructions of the K-Embroidery Excel form (the form is available and will be provided when you ask your sales supporter)

B. If you want to order for your custom designs

Clearly describe your custom designs to us via WhatsApp or Email. Please specify your style, the smock pattern (must be a clear picture), material, and fabric. After receiving the information, we will send a sale supporter to respond to you immediately.

Note: Your order will be produced for around 30 to 45 days (up to the quantity of your order). After finishing production, we will send the products to delivery courier for 7-10 days to your address as requested. Check our Shipping Info at this link
